The options for trailer rentals are limited and our solution is simple. Provide a unique, easy-to-use platform to facilitate short-term, peer-to-peer sharing (rental) of trailers nationwide. RentATrailer will create opportunities for trailer owners to market their trailer to potential renters, and for those renters to easily find the type of trailer they need in close proximity to their home or business.
Rent A Trailer LLC is a Montana-based peer-to-peer trailer rental marketplace that was formed in November 2020. The company is operated out of its office in Lewistown, Montana and is fully owned and controlled by founder Joseph Giarrusso, a full-time resident of Montana. Mr. Giarrusso, is a retired United States Marine trained in the doctrinal concepts of Military Logistics, serving 4 years active duty at Camp Lejeune, NC as well as one deployment to Afghanistan in 2013. The RentATrailer concept came from Mr. Giarrusso's experiences in the past trying to acquire a trailer to complete a landscaping job or get his car to a mechanic. He believes the lack of availability to rent a trailer and the price to buy one made these tasks more difficult than they should be.
